Registration is done in two steps. First, you must complete the application form. Once we receive your application, we’ll review it.
After reviewing your file, you’ll receive a letter of acceptance or refusal. If your application is accepted, we’ll contact you to detail the next steps you need to take. For more information, please refer to the info-admission admission section of the website.
The number of places is limited, so please submit your application quickly.
We’ll look at your academic results when we review your application. Since we want to use more than one criterion to make our selection, we’d like to know the strengths of each applicant.
In the « Cover letter » section of the form, please tell us about your motivation for enrolling in the Summer Immersion Program.
If your transcript contains teacher evaluations — which is the case in some school systems —, we would like to see them.
Yes, that’s why we encourage you to apply as soon as possible to reserve your spot.
A few weeks before departure, you must give your transportation details to our organization team. When you arrive, you’ll be greeted by a team of facilitators identified by the colours of the Summer Immersion Program, then a shuttle service will take you to the UdeM campus.
A few weeks before the start of their stay, participants will be asked to join a private Facebook group where the last logistical details prior to departure will be posted. During the Summer Immersion Program, family members can go to this group page to see daily updates on their children's schedule: photos of activities, daily schedule, testimonials.
Parents can follow the fun in a Facebook group created for them to keep up with their children. They’ll be informed when participants arrive so families can start sharing the immersion experience.
